Hello Ora Gurus,

I try to connect weighing scale with oracle forms 6i through serial port. For that I already installed MSCOMM CONTROL from vb6 and import in D2K 6i form through OLE container import. But when value fetch from serial port, I get machine type value that could be like e.g.-'Î °®°°° ãô ¦'. So I don't understand how can I convert data into character data type that I can understand easily.

Please guide me so that I can solve my problem.
