I have install oracle sql developer 1.5 recently. I was able to connect the database but the objects are not viewable
in the left pane.Can anyone tell me the reason why?

Note: I have all the privs and also .ora is configured.

It happened due to the lack of privs (RESOURCE)..

Check the privilege you have on the id you are using to log in.
