I am getting the following errors, when I try to create the database

ORA-01501: CREATE DATABASE failed
ORA-01990: error opening password file '/oracle20/app/oracle/product/9.2/dbs/orapw'
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status
HP-UX Error: 2: No such file or directory


Please help out in this.. I have created a password file and everything seems to be correct. Can i what could be the problem..

It seems Oracle does not find it or is unable to access it.
Double check.

i checked thoroughly.. still i am getting the same error..

i re created the password file with the different name and its working fine now...
