I have installed Oracle 10g with default home firstly and then installed forms6i on the same machine with different oracle home name d2k6i. After that I have tried to create the tnsname.ora through Net Config Assistence. It created sucessfully but given error of "No such Adapert protocol" Then I tried to create listener.ora,sqlnet.ora, through Net manager. It is remain in open state and unable create the files.
I have chnage oracle Home=c:\orant & path=c:\orant\bin\jdk in Environment variable. Then i was able create both files and was able connect database sucessfully. But after restarting machine my data was not started also tnasmanes service was not started because of Oracle Hoome name not found in environment variable. If i will set then database will up & forms are not in user, I want my database and form6i both should be in use at the same time . So please help me how can do the setting.
