I am with a problem in procedure in the hour of the execution in determined command " CREATE ROLE ROLE_NOVOS_USUARIOS NOT IDENTIFIED "
I occur the following error: "Insufficient privileges", but if I to execute direct the command it creates Role normally !!?

I may correct that you can not use DDL ( DATA DEFINATION LANGUAGE) command inside of PL/SQL. This is why you are able to run at SQL*PLUS ...but not in PL/SQL
