We want to import data from flat files (, or | separated) to oracle database tables. Please let us know which is the most efficient and fast way to achieve the same.

will these two be used together and would they be an efficient combo to realize the most efficient way to import large amount of data.

Either one or the other, they use the same engine.
They are the most efficient ways to load a flat file in Oracle.
