I installed Oracle11g on Windows XP. Initially it ran well; however, after I rebooted the machine I was no longer able to connect to the database. When I attempted to log in with sqlplus, the following error message appeared: "ORA-12560: TNS protocol adapter error"
What should I do?
Thanks very much,
Tim Mann
