Hi,
I have a database in Oracle 10g. The structure of the same is reflected using Enterprise Architect 7.1. When I make any changes to the schema in Oracle, I need to ensure that the changes reflect in EA as well. Is there any way other than manual to achieve the same?

I think you should ask the vendor of "Enterprise Architect 7.1".
By the way, if you use a tool to design your database why do you make modification directly in the database and not in the tool?
