We get the following popup message, after the Oracle 10g client was installed on our computer.
"This application has failed to start because oracore9.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem."
It seems appears that the Oracle 10g installation broke an application that uses Oracle 9.
Does anyone know how to fix this and is there a way to access both Oracle versions?
Thanks for your help.

Oracle installation does not remove anything unless you install the new version in the same home than the last one but in this case OUI poped up a warning box saying that it will remove the content of the directories and you said you're OK with this.
Now you have to reinstall 9i client.
I advice you to deinstall 10g and reinstall both 9i and 10g.

Michel
