Hello again.

I have a quick question on Forms: I need to use a List Item of type combo box on a form to represent a corresponding value pertaining to a non database field. In fact the value is populated via a function - this functionnality is working just fine, whenever I navigate through records on my block, the value in the List item changes accordingly. What I cannot do though is modify manually the value of that list item for any given record.
Is this meant to be (because of the 'from formula' nature of the list)?

please advise.
Regards,

Didier

I guess I asked a stupid question here. In the mean time I have found a workaround for my problem and indeed I guess that List Items with a formula don't allow for update/change of value. What I have done though is use a display item with the formula to show the actual value and place the list box next to it for users to be able to change that value.

thanks anyway guys

Didier
