How to align the object at very much center even maximize the form too.

As far as I know this is impossible (unless you reformat your entire form in a form-trigger; not advisable).
I think the form-layout is defined and independent of the size of the window.

By the way, why did you add all those buttons? Don't you see the button-bar just beneath the menu-bar? It contains the exact same functionality.
