Hi,
I have just installed Developer 10g to a programmer machine,
the installation is ok, but when I try to run a form in form builder (the OC4J is started already), after the IE popup, the system always try to install the JInitiator. After installsion, the IE is still blank. And then I run it again, same thing happen. I have checked the JInitiator is already installed.
And if I connect the the Form Service of the 10gAS from that machine, then the form can be shown correctly.
Any idea ? PLease help! thanks!

Search in your Documents and Settings\User folder for a Oracle Jar Cache folder.
Delete its contents and try again.
Also, if that does not work, see if you can uninstall JInitiator through the Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs
