I've installed Oracle 11g (release 1) on my Vista Business machine and the installation was completed without any problems. I was even able to start the "OracleDBConsole" service without any complication. But after restarting my computer, I was unsuccessful in restarting the "OracleDBConsole" service manually. From what I've seen this service will eventually start up after restarting the computer several times. I would like to know a specific way where can launch the "OracleDBConsole" service successfully without having to restart the computer and taking my chances.
I've provided an error log file below which was created when "OracleDBConsole" service couldn't be started manually.
Any help, would be very much appreciated.

Thanks Littlefoot,
It seems that Oracle 11g does take a while to load on windows startup.
I was wondering if any one can shed some light on the following:
After successfully launching oracle, I've encountered times where the <OracleDBConsole> would just stop working during the span of the day and cannot be relaunched. At this point, I usually end up restarting the OS.
