Hello Everyone

one of the users is experiencing a perplexing dilemma on their workstation with SQLPlus, they will login to Sqlplus run a script, minimize the screen until output then restore the screen and the SQLPlus cursor will not be at the prompt, it will be up in the right or left hand corner of the screen.

they will have to close out the session open a new session and have the same issue happen repeatedly throughout the workday.

another user complained of the same problem but with much less frequency.

does anyone know what is causing this or where I can find info on this problem so I can get it resolved.

thanks for any help/tips.

You can use "clear screen" to get it back, you don't need to close the window.
