Hi everyone,
Consider a typical Bank’s work flow with “Maker Checker” where all user are logged on to Application doing their works:
1. A Teller enters transaction where the amount is over his own verification limit and get notified it needs to be verified. Teller selects an available Verifier from list and pass verifying request. So the system sends an Interrupting Popup Message to User with Higher Verification authority.
2. User with Higher Verification authority suppose to receive an Interrupting Popup Message, while he is working on the application doing his transaction or enquiries.
From this message Verifier can View the transaction (by pressing a button on message window) , Approve it or Cancel it.
3. The Interactive / Interrupting Popup Message should have:
i) Retention period: If the targeted Verifier does not respond with a certain minutes, the sender shall receive an Interrupting Popup Message that Verifier did not responded
ii) The sender shall receive an Interrupting Popup Message that Verifier approved or canceled the transaction
Here Both Checker and Maker is actively working on application, so can not consider timer on their active session.
What is the smart way /solution ?
