If you write a letter, do you
A) use the envelope to write the address on and add a sheet of paper in the envelope containing your actual message
B) write the complete message on an empty envelope

Well, the easiest way is to rename the file; if its name was "form.fmx", rename it to "form.exe".

Of course, it won't make it an executable file, but that's as much as I was able to understand from a topic title.

What are you trying to do, anyway?

Why you want to convert .fmx to .exe?
form.exe will not work at all

In order to run forms, you'll have to install Oracle Forms (and possibly Reports and Graph) runtime components from 6i Installation CD.

Copying your own forms into some directory, creating a desktop icon and similar steps can be done by creating some kind of an "EXE" (as you call it); there are tools which will enable you to complete this task (one of free products is Nullsoft Scriptable Install System).

Forms are not like install anyother software.You need to install run time if its a cleint server environment on client PC and map the .fmx files.Thats is....
