Hi friends
Here we are facing a big crunch problem. When ever we are creating a Service request in the contact center form of the CRM Application, it usually created the Service task populating the owner group, owner , assign type, assignee, subject details. But for our case the assignee type and assignee details are not being populated. It is showing null values.
Could anyone please inform which is the package which would actually assign these values in the create task block?
