It would be a good idea for you to learn how to use Forms Builder's Online Help System. Either go to Help menu, or press <Ctrl + H>; it will enable you to find some/most of the answers to your questions much earlier than waiting for someone to see a question here.

Here's what Oracle says about it:
Quote:
FRM-50013: Plus or minus must be in first position.

Cause:  You entered the plus or minus sign in the wrong position.

Action:  Retype with the plus or minus sign in the first position.

Level:  15

Type:  Error

Is there any ORA-xxxxx message along with FRM one?

When does this error appear? The very moment the form is started, or do you first do "something" which causes the error? Is there any other trigger you've written? If so, what does it do?
