Is there any procedure like FLUS existed in TEXT_IO package similar to one in the UTL_FILE package. By using TEXT_IO, while writting to txt files on client I noticed that some times I am unable to getting some end lines from the database to the txt files. I think that I may need to flush, but how?

You could try closing the file and reopening it.
