Hi,

i am using forms 4.5 in which i have a text box to check some value.
if user X is entering the value user Y should be informed by a message that the value has been entered. and the message should remain in the screen of user Y until he/she exits from that message after viewing that

hope so my question is clear.

FORMS 4.5; which has not been supported any time this CENTURY

How does Oracle know/decide that it is user Y that gets notified as opposed to User Z or anyone else?

What is supposed to happen if/when User X is currently not logged into the database?
