Hi All,
I just wanted to ask if we export a table that has indexes created in its columns from one database(d1) and import it to another database(d2)..will the imported table contain the indexes intact??

Thanks,
Arun.

Hi All,
I have a doubt in partitioning an existing table..If we export the table(non partitioned) ,drop the table and recreate it with partitions and import back the table data, will the indexes(that were created for non-partitioned one) be created again for the partitioned tables?
Pls give your valuable replies....well im a newbie in DBA...im sorry if you find my questions to be silly.

Thanks,
Arun.
