With which part of creating the radio button are you having a problem?
Create a form, add an item to a canvas, define it as a radio group, then add radio buttons. As an example, define the radio group against a 1 character field, define the buttons as 'a', 'b', and 'c'. Put a 'when-radio-changed' trigger against the radio group and use a 'message/pause' pair to see what happens when you 'press' the various buttons.
You do, of course, have to compile, generate, and run the form to see this behaviour.
