I have created a user and granted select on some eight objects when I see the all_tab_privs ,It shows more than eight objects.
It includes public rights granted for other objects also .But I don't want users accessing any objects other than this eight .How to implement this ?
I don't like to revoke select privs for other objects granted to public which will affect other existing users.
Please reply me .

You will need to create a new role with the appropriate privileges and grant that role only to the users who should see those objects. PUBLIC means everyone - you cannot exclude someone from it.
