1. Strong BA with PM experience
2. Lead a team of Oracle Manufacturing Implementation Professionals to achieve the main objective of successfully implementing Oracle Manufacturing Application Modules – Oracle EBS v12
3. Manufacturing expertise - best in class knowledge of manufacturing processes
4. Project and IT team leadership skills
5. Oracle 11i experience - at least two major implementations - start to finish
6. Excellent communications skills
7. Apics certification a plus
