Hi All,

I am using SQL * loader as an option to develop the concurrent program
I am running a concurrent program and getting the following error


SQL*Loader-500: Unable to open file (d:\oracle\visappl\po\11.5.0\bin\item.ctl)
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Can anyone tell me how to overcome this error.

Well, I'd make sure that 'item.ctl' file really is in 'd:\oracle\visappl\po\11.5.0\bin\' directory (and, possibly, that I have privilege to read (write?) in this directory).

Hi,

Paste the file in c:\ drive and check whether it is working fine or not. i will work on c:\ drive only.dont try in d:\ drive after testing let me know for the alternative solution.

Well, I'm using SQL*Loader with files (data, control, log, bad, discard) on disk M so - what exactly do you mean by saying

Hi,

Whatever file you want to import that file should be in c drive not in other drives.

Ex: c;\>example.xxx like this

please try and let me know.
