hi.,

we have 11.5.9 instance on solaries sparc (64 bit )
database 9.2.0.3
Application 11.5.9

I'm getting some error while connecting to url http://sigma.xxx:8000/
null FND-9902
if i bounce the application at this time then it will be working fine
how can i resolve this error permanently
