Hi

I installed Oracle 9.2.01 on a windows 2003 server(64 bit).
Everything went fine, the services started ,no errors prompted while installation
patch :9.2.0.1.0 is also installed successfully.
BUt now when I am trying to start databse assistant or network configuration assistant .They are not coming up.
nOthing is happening then.
Can you suggest what's wrong.

Is this a supported configuration?
What are the contents of the relevant log files?
