Is it possible to create users through application builder?
You mean through a separate page for creating users?
Or do you mean 'Administration- Manage application express users'?

One related question:)
Through administration- Manage application express users, we create end users. They are authenticated thorough oracle.
There may be separate application users i.e, users stored in tables within application. How to sync both of these?

hi

what is the need of synchronisation? or what benefit you can achieve ? Ofcourse some function call routine is there to
compare and you can use it in PL/SQL to reject the rights...
