WHILE LOADING blob data on remote schema iam getting the error.

ORA-27041: unable to open file SVR4 Error: 24: Too many open files ...
and some location of control file like

D/forum/r/frm_id/4/122360/CTL1.ctl

can any one tell me the exact root cause of this problem

You have to many files open.

Since you posted in the experts section, you should know how to fix it.
