error RMAN ora-01031 [message #311783]

heloo

if i write:
sqlplus sap/sap@saprtl
i am connected

but if i do it with rMAN
i get

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
so that i cant register my target
i have pw file and paramter password in exclusive

please help/

Is SAP a SYSDBA user in the password file?

Should SAP have SYSDBA privilege?
I think you mixed roles and you will have problems sooner or later.
