I have proc reports compiled in oracle 9.0.0.1.
DO i need to recompile them in 10.2.0.1?

I think executables should work the same in any platform.

I don't have the answer for all questions.
Client is different, maybe you don't have to recompile but it is likely you have to relink it unless you also have a 9.0 client on your server.
