I have had to set the shared_pool_size as high as 200MB to load a PeopleSoft 5.01 database into Oracle. I had to flush the pool between load scripts that were broken up into smaller pieces. It was a real nightmare, took days, and all but one of 3000+ objects were built just fine.
Every now and then I receive the 4031 during my nightly exports, but recycling the database once a week seems to help.
What a major pain!
