I was not at work! I was posting in my own time! I was not posting in company time.

In summary I am not a hypocrite as
1. I was posting in my own time whilst on holiday, not company time. 2. I posted only to comp.databases.oracle.server, not cross

    posted to 3 newsgroups.

These are the two points I objected to. You are the hypocrite. You in the past have chastised people for cross posting before yet not this time with your buddy Daniel Morgan. Again.

You however propagating a flame in company time, unless you are on holiday, and therefore the hypocrite.

Just because I criticize Daniel, and thank him for his helpful posts too you should note, for cross posting shouldn't incite you to jump in with your insults. And don't harp on about all I contribute to in this group is this and that whereas Daniel posts thousands of helpful posts. I know this. I was saying to him not to cross post. No matter what way you look at this it is wrong, by your own accord (see reference above). Unless you disagree with what you wrote/regularly write that is .....
