The real question is what do you wish to monitor? Check ODP.NET. You can create wmi monitors using odb.net features. http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/windows/odpnet/index.html This is the closest I think you could get.

Also, Mr.Finnigan has lots of nice tools and he also knows about wmi. http://www.petefinnigan.com/tools.htm
