Files not found in Oracle 9iAS

I installed Oracle 9iAS on Windows XP running machine. During
installation i selected "HTTP Server and WEB Server" option. But files
like "formsweb.cfg" etc do not exist at forms90/server location. These
files are required for forms deployment over LAN. Any comments
please.....
