Well, if that is the same as SGI Unix, it was terminal at 8i according to the certification matrix. You would need to contact support to be able to get a download. In general, I believe their policy is to continue limited support of a couple of varieties until a specific point in time if you have support already. That point in time varies by platform and support. According to Note:250629.1 SGI Unix 8i ECS ended in 2003 and ES ends 31-DEC-2006. YMMV

Note:273315.1 says the client can attach to 9/10 databases, though.
