Hi,

it seems you are familiar with Note:216205.1 Database Initialization Parameters for Oracle Applications 11i. Why don't you follow their recommendation regarding main SGA parameters

Yours are:
db_cache_size = 1G
shared_pool_size = 1,4G
pga_aggregate_target = 2G

recommended for this range of users, and taking account of available ram would me more like:
db_cache_size = 6G
shared_pool_size = 3G
pga_aggregate_target = 15G

Have you change anything else above database? What about mounting options of the filesystem. What filesystem do you use and with what options?
