        Oracle has a nice long migration readme for this.

        For base case, it pretty much boils down to...

	reseting your oracle home to 10g
	starting up your database in upgrade mode
	creating your sysaux tablespace
	running catupgrd.sql

	Relinking is not required. I can't think of why you 
would need to do this after migrating the database.

        Just make sure you adequately test your app with 10g to ensure no issues with compatability to execution plan changes.
