Can the companion cd be bought somewhere?  I did a search for it but found 
nothing.



So, far, I have had little luck in downloading the sample code.  Go to 
http://www.oracle.com/technology/sample_code/tech/oci/index.html and trying 
downloading one of the tar'd files.  The download just sits there, nothing 
happens.
