Oracle 9i Upgrade procedure - SE to Enterprise edition

Hello all,



I need to upgrade from Oracle server 9i Standard Edition (database
9.2.0.1.0) to Oracle Server 9i ENTERPRISE edition. Do I need to
uninstall the Oriacle 9i SE software before loading the Enterprise
edition software ? or can I simply insert the Enterprise edition CD and
do the upgrade ?
