I proceed a step further.
Now the Access Export facility,
using System DSN created for Oracle database, can create table structure into the Oracle 8i database. But it can't transfer data and gives the following error:

ORA-12571: TNS:packet writer failure.

I searched over Internet for this error and tried to find possible causes and remedies. But most of them are about working in Oracle.

No suggestion applies to my case.
