Disallowing HTTP connections

I have configured 10g AS rel 2 ph 2 to accept https (SSL) connections. Now I would like to make it so the SSL port (4445) is the only port that can be accessed. Is there a way to disallow regular http traffic?  I tried taking down the corresponding origin server, but that didn't work.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated...
