I would just stop wasting your time on investigating database problems.
You need to investigate your server. It simply must having it's white flag ready to raise for surrender.
Running 50 databases is ....
You shouldn't do that. If they are all Oracle databases, you should ask yourself why there are schema's in Oracle, and why you despite the multi-schema setup of Oracle need 50 instances.
