Sorry forgot to add that ( as far as I understand ) if you go NAS you probably need to understand your protocol choices for accessing the database are probably NFS or ISCSI. You want ( probably ) an oracle certified implementation by a vendor of either one. Shouldn't be a probably with HP of course.
