Maybe this will be helpfull for someone:

finnaly, I found in metalink "Note:207303.1" (nice matrix):

10.1.0 supports only connections down to 9.0.1, and up to 9.0.1, Ora 7 connection is supported, otherwise ORA-3134.

So, now I replicate from 7 to 10g throught 9i(9.0.1), I will wait for 7 upgrade (foreign server) then I remove 9i from play :)
