ORA-12571 during installation of 9i

Hi,



   I am trying to install a Oracle 9i database on my work computer which 
is running XP.



   The ORA-12571 TNS failure happens when the "Configuration manager 
assisten" i creating a new database, during the final steps of the 
installation.



    Does anybody know how to solve this?
