On commit refresh gives ORA-12054

Hi all.

Can anyone explain me why this materialized view gives this error?

create materialized view test
refresh on commit
enable query rewrite as
select * from t;

I know this mv is unuseful, but if it gives me this error on such a simple query you can imagine on a more complex one... Oracle 817 on windows.
