I don't think you'd get any official or semi-official surveys from anywhere, just anecdotes. Anecdotally, I'd expect the most common error to be 03113 (End of file on communication channel).

After that, 12514 and 12541 are likely to be in the top ten.

I don't think 600 counts, because it covers so many things!

1555 doesn't count since 9i, either, thankfully.
