Assuming you are using 9i release 2 (as you use the universal installer) you need at least the following priviliges:

¡ CMKRNL ¡ GROUP ¡ GRPNAM ¡ IMPERSONATE ¡ LOG_IO ¡ NETMBX ¡ OPER ¡ PFNMAP ¡ PRMGBL ¡ PRMMBX ¡ SHARE ¡ SYSGBL ¡ SYSLCK ¡ SYSNAM ¡ SYSPRV ¡ TMPMBX ¡ WORLDhth
