Looks as if your system was not loaded much:

1. Cpu usage was about 7% (0.4 seconds for six CPUs)
2. The most significant wait event was about 3 minutes
3. 7.5% of your transactions were aborted which may or may not be OK.
4. Two statements caused 87% of buffer gets
